Good Night's SleepLab tests products in four dimensions: Ergonomics, Hygiene, Bed climate and Durability.
The definition of our test dimensions was a process that took months of painstaking analysis and research. We asked ourselves how we, in the best possible way, can design tests that align with consumer needs. To answer that question, we hosted workshops, involving medicine experts, test specialists, physiotherapists and, most importantly, consumers.
We made thorough studies of both literature and other test procedures. Given that none of the existing test procedures seemed to use more than one or two test parameters, the conclusion was that none of them was enough.
Ergonomics
To support back relaxation, a bed must adapt to body contours. We test lying properties, body support and regeneration.
Criteria measured: Comfort and relaxationHygiene
Particularly important to people suffering from allergies. We test anti-bacterial substances to prevent bacteria, fungus and odour.
Criteria measured: Cleanliness and freshnessDurability
A mattress should last for up to 10 years, and withstand moisture, pressure and temperature fluctuations. We test life span and durability.
Criteria measured: Reliability and safetyBed Climate
To sleep well, we need to have the right temperature and a dry climate under the bed cover. We test air permeability, moisture transportation and temperature control.
Criteria measured: A dry and pleasant bed climate
Box edge support system support
To address the problem of insufficient edge support for traditionalmattresses, we creatively adopted the HILDING Box-packed
drawer-box edge support system. This scientifically constructed
system uses self-developed sponge materials to effectively
prevent the mattress edge from collapsing, protect the bed net,
and maximize the sleeping area.
Integrated compression packaging technology
The world's first integrated compression roll packaging technologyeliminates the need for secondary repackaging, allowing the
mattress to return to its original shape instantly upon opening.
This convenient transportation solution is ideal for consumers
who struggle to transport mattresses in confined spaces or on
complex terrain.
Multi-layer matrix micro-sensingindependent pocket spring system
The self-developed "one machine, multiple springs" springmanufacturing equipment creatively uses multi-layer overlapping technology. Through adjustments such as layering, height, spring wire diameter, and number of spring coils, it gives the spring system all-round pressure relief capabilities, deeply releases pressure, and fits the spine. It also uses ultrasonic spot welding technology to truly achieve independent pocket springs that are silent and undisturbed, allowing for a quiet, comfortable, and high-quality sleep.

We are committed to quality in everything we create and recognize that any action we take in our business can have an impact on a person's health, welfare, and overall quality of life. We do not take shortcuts that will affect quality, and we do not ignore inefficiency that affects price.
Our Good Night's SleepLab is where we analyse, test, and certify our products. We see our test facility as a big and important step on the way. Why? Because it is our firm belief that we, to genuinely meet consumer needs, have to offer a variety of brands, technologies and sleep concepts.
